Essential Herbs and Tonics
It is essential that instructors and owners of martial arts schools be trained in traditional first aid as well as the Kenpo Healing Arts. In addition, knowledge of the use of essential Chinese Herbs and Tonics is very useful for aiding in the treatment and healing of injuries commonly sustained in learning and training in the art of Kenpo. The recommended uses of these healing aids is in no way meant to be a substitute for qualified professional medical treatment. In the case of traumatic or chronic health problems the treatment of a qualified professional health practitioner should be sought.
